Understanding the PeopleSoft Fluid General Ledger WorkCenter
The PeopleSoft Fluid General Ledger WorkCenter is similar to the PeopleSoft Classic General Ledger WorkCenter, but has all the advantages of PeopleSoft Fluid technology. Fluid users can review and take actions on General Ledger journal entries and Commitment Control budget journals. Actions include editing and posting journals when using Large Form Factor and Small Form Factor.
Prerequisite
PeopleTools 8.55 is required for the PeopleSoft Fluid WorkCenters.
A definition of each General Ledger link can be found in the PeopleSoft Classic General Ledger WorkCenter - My Work Pagelet topic.
The transaction count is the number (or count) to the right of black text, which displays how many transactions fall into that category. This is a setup option and can be turned on or off for each link using the Personalize Page (Fluid). If no transaction are selected by the system, the label is in gray text and no transaction count appears.
