PeopleSoft Customer Behavior Modeling enables you to append demographic data to your customer profile and import the profile into PeopleSoft Enterprise Warehouse. If you use the data mining feature of PeopleSoft Customer Behavior Modeling, you can also import batch scores for your customer list from a data mining model. You can only import batch scores when you run them through the Profile Export Generate Scores process; you cannot import scores directly from the data mining tool output.
