Trigger Description	Administrator selects Send Notifications - Exists as the Group Action on the Administer Learning Requests page.
Action Description	Alerts the requester that the learning request will be fulfilled with an existing class. Provides the requester with the class name, class code, and delivery method, and links to enroll in the class or remove the learning request from the Learning Home page.
