Employees use the Browse By Topic tile (CR_RC_SS_BROWSE_TL_FL_GBL) to quickly browse for solutions by topics which are displayed as links on the tile. The tile displays a maximum of 11 topics which the users can set up, to facilitate their search for relevant solutions.

By default, the Browse By Topic tile is not available in the HR Service Center dashboard. You can add the Browse By Topic tile, through personalization, to any system-delivered homepage or a homepage that you create.
