Setting Up Services Operational Dashboards

Perform these steps to set up services operational dashboards:

  • Specify default values for use in dashboard pagelets on the Call Center page of the User Preferences component for dashboard users.

  • Specify a manager for each provider group on the Provider Groups page for bar charts on Manager Dashboard to show information properly based on the manager selected in personalization settings.

  • Make sure that the Percent of SLA for Red and Percent of SLA for Yellow options are enabled on the Business Unit - Options page for SLA pagelets to display information properly.

  • Run the Update Solution Usage Counts AE process to update solution usage counts as well as solution usage counts by categories, types and details.
