Use the Change Request - Related Actions page (RG_REL_OBJECTS) to relate actions to the change request.

Navigation:

  • HelpDesk, Add Change Request

    Click the Related Actions tab.

  • HelpDesk > Add Case

    Select Change Request from the Related Actions drop-down list box in the Actions section, and then select the Related Actions page.
