Loading Personal and Job Data

Personal and job data that is unrelated to a plan belongs in PeopleSoft Human Resources and the Manage Base Benefits business process records.

Conduct your own analysis to determine the data that your plans require. You might use the following tables:

This data is effective-dated.

Load historical data for the employee's entire career.

The action and reason history is important for calculating service and generating earnings and hours.
