Implementing Corporate Number

There are corporate number for tax establishment, social insurance establishment and the labor insurance establishment.

  1. Navigate to Tax Establishment page and validate the corporate number is 13 digit or not.

  2. Navigate to Social Insurance Establishment page and validate the social insurance number.

  3. Navigate to Labor Insurance Establishment page and validate the labor insurance number.

As part of Phase III, the revision of the Wage Payment Paper (SQR) Report (GPJPYE01) includes the following changes:

  • Personal Number

  • Count of dependents, disabled dependents, and non-resident employees

  • Corporate Number of the establishment along with the address and the phone number

Note: The list of dependents is a maximum of four members which includes each dependents personal number along with the non-resident flag circled. In case of more than four dependents, the remaining dependents' (non-juvenile) name are listed along with text non resident (if the dependent is a non-resident). These values are listed in the section above the insurance values. The Personal numbers are displayed to the right of juvenile dependents section. If the count of Juvenile dependents is more than four, the remaining dependents' (juvenile) name are listed along with text non resident (if the dependent is a non-resident).

The revision of the Wage Payment Report (GPJPYE03) includes the corporate firm number.
