Year End Audit

PeopleSoft provides a flexible framework to audit all Swissdec XML in 3 ‘dimensions’:

Synchronous Audit (Earnings/Deductions with corresponding TAGs).
Integrity
- Internal (Earnings/Dedcutions Top to Down)

- External (XML details with XML Totals)

To enable a XML evaluation with XML adequate tools (XSLT), the dashboard processing is enhanced to create former GPCHAL08 output as XML file with results per emplid.

An Audit Step is defined in an Audit Module.

Oracle provides 44 modules as system data.

Audit Modules get combined into Audit Sets (e.g. Audit for AHV_AVS or the full Audit across all Swissdec domains).

Oracle provides 1 Audit Set with all 44 Audit modules as system data.

Finally, the Audit Set gets mapped to a set of internal and external XML and the user launches the audit process.

You can also schedule batch process by means of Audit Schedule Details modal window.

Schedule the audit date and time with the Create XML Audit button. The results of Audit can be reviewed online for result sets < 3 MB.
