Defining SEFIP Parameters
To define parameters for SEFIP, use the SEFIP Parameters BRA (GPBR_SEFIP_PARM), SEFIP Absence Table (GPBR_SEFIP_ABS), SEFIP Absence Parameters BRA (GPBR_SEFIP_ABSP), Service Takers BRA (GPBR_SERVICE_TAKER), and Legal Movement Codes BRA (LEG_MOV_COD_BRA) components.

Use this page to associate absence codes with return codes that are used for SEFIP reporting. For each legal absence, SEFIP has an identification code and return code. This table is a prerequisite for the information on the SEFIP Absences Parameters page.

Empl ID and Empl Record |
Specify the employee ID and the associated employee record. Selecting the employee record enables you to allocate the correct amounts for each employee in the SEFIP report. |
Service Taker |
Specify the service taker to which the employee is assigned. See Also Service Takers BRA Page. |
Hours/Days |
Select Days or Hours, and specify the number of days or hours in the corresponding field. |
Percentage Contribution |
Enter a proration percentage. This percentage value is used to prorate employee amounts for the SEFIP report. The total percentage contribution allowed for each employee and employee record combination is 100. |

Enter the amount that represents the 11 percent requirement under law 9.711/98. |
Compensation Value |
Enter the adjusted compensation value to be reported on the GPS (Guia de PrevidĂȘncia Social) form for the reference month. |
Issued Invoices Value |
Enter the total amount of invoices or bills issued for services during the month. |
Previous Competencies
Use these fields to enter the value of accrued contributions that were not reported on the GPS form in previous months because they did not meet the minimum reportable value. Enter a separate value by type of contribution: INSS or other entity.

Select an action and reason combination for which movement can occur. |
SEFIP Movement Code |
Select an applicable movement code. For example, according to the labor law, employees are allowed movement of their linked accounts in the FGTS, if their employment ended as a result of mutual agreement between themselves and their employers. In this case, select the I5 - Term by Common Agreement movement code for the termination action and reason combinations that allow movement. This field appears for the SEFIP Process type only. |
