Using the General Skill

The General Skill is part of the Supplier Secure Digital Assistant. Use the General Assistant to inquire on calendar events, company announcements, FAQs, and contact details.

The General Assistant uses these services:

SCP_GET_CONTENT - Supplier Comprehensive Portal related service

  • getlink - To get the link information to access application pages based on the context like Contact and Register.

  • getcontentdetails - To fetch the dynamic content details like announcements, calendar events, and FAQs.

Navigation

Access the General Assistant using the PeopleSoft PICASO button on the Supper Secure Home Page.

This example illustrates the fields and controls on the General Assistant page.

Select the Show Company Announcements option to view any current announcements. Selecting the Show Current Calendar Events option displays the available events, and the Show Contact Details option displays the links to the FAQs and Contact Us pages. Select the required option or enter a query.
