Description

Event Description

One or both of the following happens to trigger the Commitment Control Alert Notification:

The Budget Processor logs a Commitment Control budget checking exception that matches the preferences established by an individual.

A Commitment Control budget that matches the preferences established by an individual user is within the user specified percentage of being fully consumed.

Action Description

Based on preferences established for each user, the system may send an email notification that contains a link to the impacted budget, the system may place an item on the action owners worklist, or both.
