Enter the name of the agency that provides training programs and credits/education units. |
Status |
Select the status of the agency. The available values are Active and Inactive. |
Accreditation Number |
Enter the Accreditation number of the agency being added as an Education Unit Type. In this field, you can enter up to 30 characters, including numbers, alphabets and special characters. |
Long Description / Profile |
Enter a description or profile of the agency. |
