Use the Order - History page (RO_HISTORY ) to view change history and interaction history of orders and quotes.
Navigation:
This example illustrates the fields and controls on the Order - History page.
Each capture type is associated with a list of audit events for which history log is to be captured when those events occur at runtime.
The Change History section lists any of those events that happened during the life of the order.
The Interaction History section displays the summary information of all interactions that have been created for the order.
