Understanding HR HelpDesk Self Service and HCM Integration
This feature provides the ability to integrate and configure contextual HR HelpDesk specific content on PeopleSoft Fluid HCM Self-service pages. As part of integration, administrators need to setup integration between HCM and CRM nodes and enable “Find Help” Related Content service on certain HCM fluid pages as per business needs. Wherever enabled, each of those related content services can be further configured using newly delivered setup pages in CRM to define context based setup configurations. In run time, Employees can click on Find help related content tile on a HCM transaction page, and search as well as view solutions which are contextually recommended and report HR helpdesk cases in CRM.
