Deleting An Employee

This topic discusses the process of deleting all personally identifiable information (PII) of an employee.

PII includes the employee’s name, date of birth (DOB), address, email ids, phone numbers, other contact details and job-related information. Once an employee is deleted, all fields related to personal details of the employee, except for the name, become blank. All name fields reflect ‘Deleted Entry’ in place of the deleted employee’s name.

EMP_DEL

Enter the Person ID of an employee and run the process to remove all PII related to that employee.

Use the Employee Delete page (EMP_DEL) to enter the Person ID of an employee and run the process to remove all PII related to that employee.

Note: The Employee Delete process uses the permission list CRRB9021.
